Jujutsu Kaisen Incremental — Grade System Guide
Grades are the primary progression tier in Jujutsu Kaisen Incremental, representing your sorcerer's official rank. You begin at Grade 4 (the weakest) and advance to Special Grade (the highest base tier) by accumulating Cursed Energy and defeating increasingly powerful enemies. Each grade unlocks new bosses, enemies, and systems. Reaching Special Grade enables the Prestige system — the most important milestone in the entire game. CE Multiplier Scaling Explained
Grade Multiplier
Each grade tier roughly doubles your CE gain rate compared to the previous tier. A Special Grade player earns approximately 20–30× more CE per unit of time than an equivalent Grade 4 player with identical build stats. This scaling means rushing grades efficiently is more important than perfecting your build at early grades.
CE Efficiency Stat
CE Efficiency (from Clan + Trait bonuses) multiplies your idle CE income and combat CE gain. At Special Grade, Gojo clan (+50) + Six Eyes trait (+200) = +250 CE Efficiency represents an enormous absolute CE-per-tick advantage that compounds rapidly over long idle sessions. This is why the CE meta (Gojo + Six Eyes + Limitless) dominates farming leaderboards.
Prestige Multiplier
Prestiging at Special Grade permanently multiplies your CE gain by a fixed coefficient that compounds with every future Prestige. Prestige 1 is the highest-value single action in the game — the CE multiplier gained on first Prestige is the largest single jump. Subsequent Prestiges provide diminishing but still meaningful gains. Never delay a Prestige cycle waiting for a better build.
Optimal Progression Path
- 1. Grade 4: Redeem all 4 codes → use rerolls on CT → grind Mastery on your CT.
- 2. Grade 3: Farm Higuruma boss repeatedly (see Boss Farming Guide) → use drops to fund CT Scroll accumulation.
- 3. Grade 2: Equip first Cursed Tool → aim for Epic CT reroll → push Grade 1.
- 4. Grade 1: Grind Raids heavily → save for Legendary CT reroll → farm Yuta for Rika's Arm.
- 5. Semi-Special: Defeat Ishigori for Rock Cannon → optimize build to full Legendary.
- 6. Special Grade: Prestige IMMEDIATELY → then farm Mahoraga once you hit Prestige 1.
- 7. Prestige 1+: Repeat the cycle but faster each time thanks to CE multiplier.

Grade System FAQ
No. Grades are gated by CE accumulation thresholds and combat requirements. Each grade must be reached sequentially.
Yes. Prestige resets you to Grade 4, removes your current CE total, and clears your equipment. The permanent carryover is your CE multiplier, which applies to all future play and makes each Grade 4→Special Grade cycle faster than the last.

Not in terms of Grade tier — Special Grade is the cap. Post-Special Grade content includes the Prestige system (unlimited resets for multiplier gains) and increasingly difficult Prestige-scaled boss variants.
